Who doesn't remember the famous phrase: "3 parts gin, 1 part vodka, 1/2 part Kina Lillet, shake, don't stir..."?

 

However, this drink is directly connected to the place where I work - Grandhotel Pupp, where the remake of this movie with Daniel Craig was shot.

 

Cocktail - twist on Vesper, I called PHOENIX. This drink is inspired by the original, but makes the citrus heart of Tanqueray no.10 gin stand out, where the citrus of the gin, kumquats and bergamot are combined in the drink, but at the same time other ingredients drawn from local nature. It is a lighter version of this legendary drink. Just as this drink was almost doomed to be forgotten, so too our craft faces the most difficult times in bar history, when many bars, concepts or bartenders had to burn down to rise again from the ashes, just like the mythical Pheonix. Both Grandhotel Pupp and the new Bechers bar concept...
